富倉そばはオヤマボクチの綿毛をつなぎに使い、しなやかな長さと強いコシが魅力。本場ならではの深い味わいを堪能できます。さらに上杉謙信公が出陣の折に献上された郷土食、笹ずしも歴史を感じながら味わえます。
Tomikura soba uses the fluff of the Oyamabokuchi plant as a binder, giving it a supple length and firm texture. You can enjoy the deep flavor that only authentic soba can offer. You can also savor the local delicacy, sasa sushi, which was presented to Uesugi Kenshin when he went on a campaign, while feeling the history of the dish.
