In this shop offering chocolate cakes and a variety of baked goods made by Chef Masakazu Kobayashi, originator of ganache, the most recommended items are, all theories aside, "ganache". Besides a wide range of products including those beloved for a long period of time and newly created items, the goods that are suitable for one of the four seasons are offered from time to time.
